Return & Exchange Policy
At P.C. Totuka & Sons, every creation is handcrafted with care. As jewellery is delicate and often custom-made, our return policy is limited.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns/exchanges will be considered only in the following cases:
- Item is received in a damaged/defective condition
- Wrong product is delivered
- The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures/videos of the item and packaging.
- Once a request is raised, our Quality Control team will carefully review the claim and inspect the returned item.
- Only upon QC approval will the return or exchange be processed.
2. Process
- Email info@pctsons.com with your order number and issue details.
- Ship item back in original packaging, unused and with invoice.
- On approval, we will issue an exchange, repair, or credit note.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customised/bespoke orders.
- Engraved or altered jewellery.
- Sale or discounted items .
4. Regional Rules
- India/UAE: Exchange or credit note within 7 days. No refunds.
- UK/EU: Customers have a 14-day cancellation right (except for customised items). Refunds issued after inspection.
- USA: Returns within 7 days for eligible items; customised jewellery is final sale.
